This is for retail consumers only. Wholesale purchases are not refundable. We resend exchanged items back to you with FREE shipping and NO restocking fees! Just choose the category below and email your request to that department for approval.

BROKEN ITEMS

If any of our items are received broken or break due to a defect within the first 30 days contact us by email at broken@newyorkcellphone.com and we’ll remedy the situation.

 

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

In the rare chance that we have sent you an incorrect item from what is shown on the invoice, contact us by email at mistake@newyorkcellphone.com and we’ll send you a return postage paid label along with the correct item on the invoice.

 

DIDN'T LIKE IT or I ORDERED A WRONG ITEM

If there is an item that you just don’t like when you receive it you can exchange it during the first 30 days as long as you keep the packaging to return it in. Contact us by email at exchange@newyorkcellphone.com for approval and then just return the items you don’t like and your invoice at your expense and we’ll return your new selected items with FREE shipping via the post office!

 

SWITCHED PHONES AFTER I ORDERED

If you have ordered items from us but suddenly switch your phone within 30 days of placing your order we'll exchange the items for items that fit your new phone. Just contact us by email at exchange@newyorkcellphone.com for approval and then just return the items you don’t like in their original packaging and your invoice at your expense and we’ll return your new selected items with FREE shipping via the post office!

 

REFUNDS

You have 15 days from the date of your invoice to request a refund of your product(s). Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please also note that if you received free shipping on your order and you return your item(s) for a refund that there will be a restocking fee of $5.99. Just contact us by email at refund@newyorkcellphone.com for approval and then just return the items you don’t like and your invoice at your expense and we’ll process your refund less any shipping or restocking fees once we receive it back! Newyorkcellphone reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee on returned orders of 50 dollars or more. .

FINAL INSTRUCTIONS

Enclose your original invoice with the items you are returning and put them back in the box you received them in, along with a detailed list of what you would like us to exchange them for including the phone model that you need the item for. Cut the return label out to put on the outside of your return box and send it back to us (The Post Office is the cheapest way). You must have the invoice number filled in properly in the spot below and circle either refund or exchange for us to process this return. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refund processing.
