Our orders are shipped for free via the Post Office first class mail and arrive in about 3 to 5 days. You also have the choice to upgrade to Priority Mail for $9.99 which arrives in 2 to 3 days.
For all returns that are less than $100 please follow the instructions below. For any returns over $100 please email us at email@example.com for approval. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee for returns on original orders of over $100. All returns must have the invoice enclosed and the product must be in the same packaging that you received it in.
Returns for Refunds
You have 15 days from your purchase date to send back an item for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and in its original brand new status. Just circle the item on your invoice and write refund next to it, pack it up carefully and send it back to the address on the invoice. Refunds can take up to 10 days after we receive your return to be totally processed by your Bank. Please allow this time. If you paid any shipping charges, that part of the order is non-refundable.
Returns for Exchanges
You have 15 days from your purchase date to send back an item for an exchange. If you ordered the wrong item or change your phone just circle the item on the invoice and write exchange for: (give us detailed exchange instructions) and send it back to the address on the invoice. When we receive it back we will send out your new items to you.
